This page can help you avoid or solve many of the common problems that you may encounter while trying to view content in this site. The Multi-Media services group is continually evaluating and using new technology. Unfortunately this can cause problems when trying to deliver the newest forms of technology to the masses. Here you will find some tips to better the experience of viewing this site and the many forms of media it delivers.

- Make sure you are using Internet Explorer 5.5 or later.
- Set your screen resolution to 1024 X 768 with a color depth of 32 bit or "True Color"
- Make sure you have successfully installed all the needed software located in the resource > software pages.
- If you are using dual monitors try viewing the content from a different monitor by dragging the window or player into that monitor. Some video files will only play on the primary monitor.
- If problems persist feel free to contact your local IT support staff or E-mail the Multi-Media services group.
This site is best viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or later
